Returns and Exchanges
We trust that you will be fully satisfied with our product. If you are not, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price, within 7 days of your shipment delivery date.
Products must be in the original state; unwashed, unworn and ticketed and must be accompanied by the Original Packing slip invoice for the price paid
Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a credit or exchange
We gladly accept returns by mail.
We advise you to add a tracking number to the shipment to ensure a safe return, as lost items which aren’t received cannot be replaced.
Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Exceptions to this policy will be made for defective items and wrong item shipped only.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
Special Instruction for mail returns
Please email email@example.com with reason for each item you wish to return.
Enclose the pack slip invoice in your return package. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Drop your package in the mail. Postage required. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns are non-refundable. Upon receipt, allow approximately 7-10 business days to process your credit. Please allow a few days for your bank to process it.
Check Your Email: We will send you an email once your return has been received at our fulfillment center and processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the credit to be processed within 7-10 business days after we have received your return and should appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
Returns will be processed within 4 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility.
CREDIT: If you choose store credit, you’ll receive an email with the credit value—which can be redeemed online, at any time.
EXCHANGE: To exchange your purchase, please email us at and let us know which item you want to exchange, and which item, size or color you’d like to exchange it for.
